Terms of Service

These terms govern the relationship between Beautify LLC and business partners. By becoming our partner, you agree to these terms.

1. Introduction

Beautify is an online platform that connects business partners with clients, giving you the opportunity to find new clients, grow your business, automate bookings, rank prominently in search engines, and promote your presence on social networks.

These terms form part of a legally binding agreement between Beautify and each business partner. Beautify LLC is registered in the Republic of Armenia.

2. Eligibility

To register as a partner on Beautify you must:

• Be a legally registered business or a self-employed individual with the right to provide beauty services.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration.

3. Account Registration & Responsibilities

When you create a partner account you agree:

• To provide accurate information about your business, services, prices, and staff.
• To keep your login details confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
• To keep accurate information about your service delivery, including working hours, service availability, and prices.
• To designate at least one account administrator.

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. As a partner you commit

• Accurately describe all services you offer, including duration and prices.
• Use only authentic photos of your premises, staff, and work.
• Do not post misleading claims or unfounded promises of results.
• Ensure your activities comply with advertising and consumer protection laws.

Beautify may review, edit, or remove information that violates these standards.

5. Bookings & Cancellations

5.1 Accepting bookings

When a client books through Beautify, you have a binding obligation to provide the service. You must:

• Honour all confirmed bookings except where the client has cancelled or a force majeure event has occurred.
• Keep the schedule on which the client's booking was made.
• Notify clients through the platform as soon as possible if you cancel or change the appointment time.

5.2 Cancellation policy

Partners may change their cancellation policy within the conditions set by Beautify. If a client repeatedly cancels late or fails to show, partners will be informed of that client's behaviour; if it continues, the client's account may be blocked.

5.3 Service delivery

All services must be delivered to the standard described in your listing. You are responsible for the quality, safety, and legality of the services you provide.

6. Fees & Payments

On the Beautify platform you receive access to features according to the subscription plan you choose. Current prices are published at beautify.am/business/pricing.

• Subscriptions are monthly or annual with payment in advance.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Beautify may review fees once per year with prior notice. Partners will be informed of changes at least 60 days in advance.
• Payments between your business and the client are made on-site without the platform acting as intermediary or bearing liability. Payment disputes are between you and the client.

7. Reviews & Ratings

Beautify displays all reviews left by clients without exception. A client may not leave a review about a service unless they booked through the platform and the partner has indicated that the service was provided. As a partner you acknowledge that:

• Clients have the right to leave honest reviews after a completed booking.
• Offering incentives or discounts in exchange for positive reviews is prohibited.
• Harassing or pressuring clients who leave negative reviews is prohibited.
• The partner may reply to a review or provide clarification.
• Beautify does not guarantee removal of a review that reflects a genuine experience; however, after reviewing facts and evidence, it may consider removal of an unfair review.

8. Content & Intellectual Property

By uploading photos, descriptions, logos, and other content to the platform, you give Beautify consent to display and promote that content for the duration of the partnership.

The Beautify name, logo, design system, and platform software are the exclusive property of Beautify LLC.

9. Prohibited Conduct

As a partner you agree:

• Not to provide false or misleading information about your business, qualifications, or services.
• Not to use the platform for any illegal activity.
• Not to use automated tools to collect data from the platform.
• Not to interfere with the platform's operation, security, or availability.
• Not to discriminate against clients on the basis of race, gender, religion, or any other characteristic.

10. Limitation of Liability

Beautify provides the platform on an "as is" basis.

• Beautify is not liable for loss of revenue or clients due to platform downtime, technical errors, or changes to search ranking.
• Beautify is an intermediary between you and clients and is not a party to the provision of services.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

• The partner may cancel the subscription and close the account from the management dashboard. Termination takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Beautify may immediately suspend a partner's account in case of material breach of the terms.

On termination, your public profile will be removed. Booking history is retained as required by law.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
